Winter in The midwest

Winter in the midwest pretty much is yuck to me after christmas!! I am over it and ready for spring.. however one of the fun things about living \near the River is being able to see the Bald Eagles in the winter. It was pretty much freezing on the river front today. But my family and I ventured out so we could see the Eagles and so I could try and get some pictures... these pictures are not the best but honestly my hands were shaking from the cold so I could not really get a good shot.. They were beautiful and majestic and I wish it really would have not been that cold so we could have watched them for a little longer... come on spring I am waiting to get some fun spring shots!!!

Stir Crazy

Tomorrow it is back to work and school.. the kids have been nutso all day!!!  So I snuck out the back door with my camera and snapped this little beauty!! LOVE IT!! I might hate this weather but I love this picture!! Love seeing different ways to capture different beauty. Hang with me while I develop this skill more!! Until next time!!!

Blizzardy day = Time to have fun with my camera

Ok we are stuck in the house going a bit stir crazy, but I find this an excellent time to get my camera out and play around with it.. My girl who always is willing to be my model decided to help me out so I could try some different settings on my camera and some different edits.. here are the pics of my beautiful princess!! Fairy Dust Photos

I am hoping for this blog to be a new project for me. I want to share my new growing obsession of photography. I love it!! I am hoping that I can share some of my favorite photos and I am hoping to post at least once a week. we will see how it goes. I want to start by sharing some of the pics that I ventured out to take today..Yes me and my crazy partner miss A went out to shoot some winter pics...
